Bring your filled in application to the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office, 210 East Live Oak Seguin, TX 78155 with your payment of cash, check, money order, or on-line receipt enclosed.
or
Bring filled out form at the Door with Cash, Check or Money Order.
