Gutierrez Xeriscape Park was dedicated in April 1998, in honor of Henry Gutierrez Sr. and Rosie Gutierrez for their dedication to conservation. The park was Renamed to Gutierrez Garden Park in 2021. The park features a Butterfly Garden, Texas Superstar Trail, Lions Club Hummingbird Garden, Dojo Birdhouse Garden, Native plants, a Bird “Woods” and coming soon a Bird “Prairie.”

Supports the Schertz/Cibolo and Surrounding areas with a scenic walkway, picnic tables, and shaded areas with benches.
